Putting together a personalised trip proposal forced agents to gather information from many different sources: past experiences, suppliers, availability, prices. According to the company itself, the process took around two and a half days on average. In a business where clients ask for several options at once, that slowness costs sales.
02
What we did
We built a back office with an AI-assisted itinerary generator that reuses the catalogue of experiences and the preferences gathered from the client to propose a first version to work from. Around it, case file management, suppliers and budget generation.
03
The result
Creating itineraries became centralised in a single tool that starts from knowledge the company has already accumulated, instead of rebuilding each proposal from scratch.
