Nakima has developed a project for the Julià group that consists of a tour management system through a web platform that allows concierges registered in different hotels to make reservations for tours, excursions and tickets registered in the client’s API.

Challenge
Our client needed a technological partner to develop a new software tool for one of its areas.
The challenge was to connect to an API provided by the Client in order to read the availability of tours, excursions and tickets and allow reservations to be made through a web interface.
To do this, a system was required to make requests to said API referring to the availability of events, all managed by an admin panel for registered users with privileges to perform said actions.

Solution
As a response and solution to the Client’s request, the Nakima technological team concluded in developing a WordPress with a completely personalized theme, which followed the design lines proposed by the Client’s company together with a custom developed plugin that allowed to receive tours using the API provided by the client.
In addition, we developed a customized panel admin for users that allowed, in a very easy and intuitive way, to perform all the procedures related to the consultation and modification of data. All this with maximum efficiency and under the strictest UX / UI standards.
