The challenge

A medical device manufacturer needed to reinforce its product team with specialised development capacity to evolve the patient-tracking features of its diabetes app, without lowering the quality and traceability bar the healthcare sector demands.

What we did

We embedded Nakima profiles within the client’s team for the whole project. We worked on the glucose, meal-logging and analytics modules, and supported the product in production.

The result

The internal team expanded its development capacity without growing headcount. The relationship lasted two years and later evolved into a process to approve Nakima as a supplier.
