A technical community grows through peer recommendation, but generic community tools cannot recognise or measure who is really contributing: who brings in new people, who creates content, who keeps the conversation going. Without that signal, there is no way to reward the behaviour that grows the project.
We built the platform that gives structure to that dynamic: an achievements system for social participation, content creation and referrals, a leaderboard, minigames, guided onboarding and an admin panel with manual validation of submitted content. We integrated it with their community channels and with wallets, and added a simulator so developers could try out their technology.
The community gained its own system to recognise and reward the people who help it grow, with activity measured and validated from a single panel.
